Responsibilities:

• Developing the internal corporate brand.
• Creating events to support the company's HR brand.
• Designing non-material reward systems for employees and engagement programs.
• Organizing and coordinating corporate events, including team-building activities, holidays, and other events.
• Managing communication channels to improve internal communication within the company.
• Actively participating in congratulating employees on birthdays and other significant events.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR, especially in corporate culture development.
• Skills in scripting corporate events and organizing celebrations.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Flexibility in responding to changes and active participation in creating a positive work atmosphere.
• Language Proficiency:
Russian:
• Fluent in Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in understanding and expressing complex ideas and concepts in Russian.
• English:
• Fluent in English, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of effectively conveying ideas, information, and messages in English.
• Comfortable in both professional and casual English communication settings.


Working Conditions:

- Reduced Working Hours:
• The work schedule comprises 7 hours per day, ensuring a balance between professional activities and personal life.
- Flexible Start of the Working Day:
• Flexibility in determining the start time of the working day, with the option to begin from 10 am and conclude by 2 pm, allowing for individual schedule adaptation.
- Provision of Necessary Equipment:
• To ensure comfortable work, the necessary equipment is provided upon request. This includes all essential tools for effective task execution.

🔷релевантный опыт работы в области лицензирования компаний, связанных с игорным сектором(идеально, если опыт был связан с офшорными лицензиями) от 1-го года;
