🎯Основные функциональные обязанности:**
• Ежедневная поддержка: ведение календаря, планирование встреч, мероприятий, заказ пропусков и пр.
• Тревел поддержка, включающая иногда сопровождение в командировках: планирование международных и локальных поездок, составление оптимальных маршрутов, подбор авиабилетов, отелей и пр.
• Поиск (в т.ч. оперативный) необходимой информации в интернет по различным вопросам, поиск наилучших условий, организация доставки либо приобретение товаров/услуг;
• Ведение документации: учет, хранение и поддержание документации в актуальном состоянии, взаимодействие с различными отделами внутри группы;

• Решение организационных вопросов по активам недвижимости и автомобилям: аренда квартир, оформление доверенностей, оплата налогов, страхование, ТО, топливные карты и пр.
• Личные поручения;
• Помощь в решении бизнес задач по локальным и международным проектам;


**🎗Требования к кандидату:
**• Высшее образование;
• Опыт работы личным помощником от 3-х лет;
• Знание правил бизнес этики, правила бизнес переписки;
• Умение работать с конфиденциальной информацией.
• Высокая степень самоорганизации, эффективный тайм-менеджмент, самостоятельность, стрессоустойчивость, быстрое мышление
• Отличные презентационные и коммуникативные навыки, ответственность, порядочность, чувство юмора;
• Уверенное владение компьютером;
• Свободное владение английским языком;

**🖥Условия работы:
**• График с 10:00 до 19:00, изредка возможны поездки в течение дня. График может варьироваться, главное — оставаться на связи.
• Формат работы: удаленный, но может потребоваться личное присутствие в Лимасоле/Никосии по отдельным поручениям
