Responsibilities:
-Respond to all service requests submitted to our managed services department;
-Resolve various desktop, application setup, access, patching and network level issues;
-Communicate with clients, keeping them informed on the progress of their service request and notifying them of impending changes or agree outages;
-Provide VoIP support, firewall management, virus/malware cleanup and end user help desk support;
-Provisioning and De-provisioning of users and their application access;
-Troubleshoot end user equipment issues of laptops, Wifi, video conferencing;
-Ensure all devices are up-to-date with security patches and bug fix releases;
-Administer productivity tools such as Google Workspace, JIRA, Slack;
-Keep the user repositories, user groups and mailing distribution lists up to date;

Requirements:
-3 years of experience in IT with excellent customer service background and strong interpersonal communications skills;
-Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012 and above including Small -Business Server (SBS) and Business Essentials;
-Configure and troubleshoot Windows 8, Windows 10 and Mac OS X;
-Working knowledge of firewall technologies, specifically SonicWALL, Ubiquiti and pfSense;
-Ability to manage outside vendors to resolve client service requests;
-Ability to troubleshoot computer and peripheral hardware issues;
-Effective multi-tasking skills and ability to succeed in up-tempo work environments and meet deadlines;
-Versatility to adapt and research new ideas and methods, and demonstrated ability to analyze problems and make decisions;
-Experience working within a managed service provider environment;
-Knowledge and experience with virtual environments to include VMware, Hyper-V, Azure and AWS is preferred;

**🔥Задачи:
**— Вести технические проекты (документация, планирование, мониторинг, контроль и т.д.);
— Вести отчётность по проектам;
— Помогать выстраивать сквозные межкомандные процессы мониторинга, управления инцидентами, управления изменениями, управления знаниями и т.д.;
— Организовывать сложные и массовые внедрения, изменения в процессах на уровне межкомандного взаимодействия;
— Налаживать и улучшать межкомандные коммуникации;
— Внедрить и вести портфолио проектов и процесс управления каталогом услуг (сервисов).

**👽Что не нужно будет делать:
**— Выступать "прокси-переговорщиком" или "глухим телефоном";
— Управлять процессами, владельцем которых вы не являетесь;
— Планировать задачи внутри команд (полномочия заканчиваются на приоритетах);
— Ставить задачи конкретному исполнителю в команде, если это не предусмотрено процессами;
— Писать техническую документацию, внутреннюю документацию команд и т.п.;
— Проводить аналитику по задачам (выяснять, что же нужно сделать и как).

**🌝Пожелания к кандидату:
**— Знание и опыт работы с основными методологиями управления проектами, умение оптимально их применять и комбинировать;
— Умение мониторить весь жизненный цикла проекта и включаться на любой требуемой стадии;
— Умение решать вопросы любой сложности;
— Умение разговаривать на одном языке с IT специалистами: знаете, что такое K8s, пайплайны, бэкенды, классы, фасады и Node.js и т.д.;
— Пунктуальность;
— Склонность к структурированию - всё всегда по полочкам, проектная документация всегда актуальна;
— Умение понятно доносить информацию до всех участников команды;
— Высокие коммуникативные навыки: коммуникация, направленная на результат, умение добиваться чётких, понятных ответов;
— Прокачанный навык эмпатии.

**Будет плюсом, если вы:
**— Слышали/знаете про IT Service Management, ITIL, COBIT и готовы закапываться в это глубоко;
— Слышали/знаете про Devops/SRE и готовы работать с этим на непрерывной основе.
