Формат работы: **офис в Лимассоле/гибрид/удаленка - по желанию

💡Необходимый опыт:

📍Опыт работы медиабайером от 2 лет в нишах гемблига/бетинга;
📍Опыт закупки трафика по моделям CPM, CPC;
📍 Опыт работы с рекламными сетями и закупок у паблишеров;
📍Опыт анализа, оптимизации, масштабирования источников;
📍Опыт проведения A/B-тестирования;
📍Креативность – нестандартное мышление, индивидуальный подход к работе.
📍Опыт работы с большим объемом трафика, умение работать с большими бюджетами;
📍Понимание основных показателей, таких как конверсия, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV т. д.
📍Английский язык от уровня Intermediate или выше.

⭐️Какие обязанности?
📍Закупка медийной рекламы, автоматизированные закупки, в том числе Programmatic;
📍Создание, запуск, A/B тестирование, оптимизация кампаний, учет и планирование;
📍Отслеживание и анализ новых источников трафика, конкурентной среды и целевой аудитории;
📍Решение проблем с трекингом, креативами, параметрами таргетинга кампании;
📍Тестирование новых форматов трафика;
📍Построение долгосрочных партнерских отношений с ключевыми партнерами;
📍Техническая интеграция с партнерами (настройка ссылок, постбеков);
📍Взаимодействие с проектным отделом и составление технических требований;
📍Формирование медиастратегии с командой, расчет KPI воронки продаж;
📍Мониторинг достижения целей KPI
