Job Description:
PLAYFINA team is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join and help develop the brand. We need a person with successful experience in a similar position and a relevant product (gambling/betting).

**__Requirements:
__**- 2 years’ CMO experience in a relevant brand;
- Experience with both online casinos and on-site betting;
- Experience with Tier 1 countries;
- Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate level (ideally Advanced);
- Work in an office in Cyprus.

__Objectives:
__- Development of marketing strategies and their implementation;
- Marketing budget control;
- Development and implementation of brand bonus program;
- Development of various promos, from idea to full implementation on the website;
- Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and bonuses;
- Setting up workflows in subordinate departments;
- Retention, working with customer.io and other services to set up e-mail newsletters, push notifications, SMS and others;
- Control over the SMM department work;
- Work with retargeting to improve brand retention;
- Communication with providers to coordinate various joint promos and get discounts from them;
- Controlling the relevance of games on the brand’s website;
- Work with brand reputation, feedback and complaints from players on various resources;
- Work on promotion and recognition of the brand’s partner program;
- Profile conferences, preparation of the stand, merchandise and all materials for various conferences;
- Work with the design department;
- Work with content department and translators;
- Work with the development department to implement various functionalities for marketing;
- Communicating and working with other department heads within the company.

Site Assurance Engineer

Work in shifts - morning - 5am-2pm, evening - 10am-7pm

We are looking for Site Assurance Engineer who is already based in Cyprus

As a Site Assurance Engineer

You will:
Resolve production issues and incidents.
Resolve production issues and incidents to a variety of our products by managing tickets from start to finish, escalating to other teams if necessary.
Investigate, diagnose production issues, pinpoint the affected systems by analysing logs and error messages.
Liaise with 3rd party service providers and internal teams to resolve the issue.
Identify a root cause, escalate tickets to other teams, provide recommendations of monitoring, logging and debugging tools enhancement where necessary.
Contribute to writing specific knowledge base and user manuals.
Work with other team members to take over active support issues.


We are looking for:
2-3 years of experience in level 1 or 2 support.
Good technical experience with either Windows, Linux/Unix OS or MacOS.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Sense of urgency with customer focus approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical, prioritization, and time management skills.
Willingness to work in different shifts (morning - 5am-2pm, evening 10am-7pm).
Knowledge of the monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana or New Relic will be an advantage)
Also it is an advantage if you have:
1) Experience with FIX protocol.
2) Experience in Jira/Confluence administration and configuration
3) Experience with SQL, Python, REST or other APIs.
4) Be able to read and understand logs
