**Key Responsibilities:

**-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Affiliate Marketing and Media Buying industries.
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Affiliate Managers and Media Buyers, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and job offers.
-Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor practices, and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
-Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop job descriptions, identify key skills and requirements, and establish candidate evaluation criteria.

**Qualifications:

**-At least 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition in the Affiliate Marketing and Media Buying industries.
-English - B2 (upper-intermediate), fluent Russian.
-Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and attracting top talent.
-Strong knowledge of the Affiliate Marketing and Media Buying industries, including key players, trends, and best practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.

As our Junior/Mid IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering IT services and support for all elements of IT L2 and L3 support, as well as the administration of our company trading platforms.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

∙ Delivering IT services as part of a team covering all elements of IT L2 and L3 support.
∙ Administering our company trading platforms, including managing trading execution engines and in-house developed trading software.
∙ Performing routine audits of trading platform systems and software.
∙ Performing periodic health and performance checks of all trading platforms and systems.
∙ Monitoring servers, services, and network status.
∙ Working in the support department, which implies a shift schedule within 24 hours (including maintenance work on weekends).

Requirements:

∙ IT degree or some directly related experience.
