**Чем предстоит заниматься:

**Аудит действующей системы работы и настройка бизнес-процессов в соответствии с
потребностями бизнеса
Участие в решениях по маршрутизации финансовых потоков
Подбор юрисдикций и регистрация новых компаний для ведения различных видов деятельности (IT, payment agent, etc.);
Разработка, согласование и сопровождение собственных договоров (оказания услуг, трудовых, агентских, NDA), доверенностей, внутренней нормативной документации компаний

**Требования:

**Высшее юридическое образование;
Знание основ российского и международного законодательства, в т.ч. правил платежных систем и актуальных трендов в области AML (FATF), проведения платежей, налогообложения;
Опыт работы с корпоративным правом в европейских и международных юрисдикциях;
Опыт в лицензировании проектов;
Опыт регистрации IP прав;
Английский язык не ниже Intermediate
Опыт работы на схожей позиции в high-risk индустрии (it, blockchain, crypto) желателен

Чем нужно будет заниматься**:
- найти помещение под офис (до 10 рабочих мест) и после согласования с руководством организовать подписание контракта с арендодателем;
- заниматься полной поддержкой и обслуживанием офиса;
- выполнять поручения, связанные с отправкой, получением и подписанием документов;
- помогать готовить простые договоры по шаблонам;
- помогать сотрудникам собирать документы для оформления и обновления рабочих и семейных виз.

Чего мы ожидаем от вас:
- опыта работы с юридическими и/или бухгалтерскими документами;
- опыта оформления рабочих виз себе или другим людям (сбор документов, без подачи);
