По поводу оплаты есть такой пассаж (я написал на адрес и попросил инструкцию про оплату):
Also note that students who will not proceed with the tuitions’ payment until the end of the week (13/9/24), will not be allowed to continue with the course. To do so follow the instructions provided by the Service Desk through an email. The email was sent to students who have paid the enrolment fee.
