We are a startup, working on a personalized AI-based (chat GPT) Virtual Assistant providing women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum with information and emotional support, tips&tricks and useful practices to have a smooth onboarding for parenthood.

**PROBLEM
**A maternal mental health crisis is spreading in the US:
- 70% of respondents say recovering from having a child is one of the most difficult emotional challenges they’ve faced.
- 33% of mothers are diagnosed with postpartum depression.
- 67% of couples report a decline in relationship satisfaction after childbirth.
- lack of continuity of generations due to the high level of migration within the country and, as a result, the lack of support within family
- rare and limited in time sessions with OB & Midwifes
- a huge amount of diverging information leads to the anxiety level increase

Total Available Market (TAM) - 37.8 mil women who give birth annually or have an up to 1- year-old baby in US, EU, Latin America, Canada, and Australia.
The global mHealth market size was valued at USD 50.7 billion in 2021 and is expected to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.0% from 2022 to 2030.

Our APP is a pocket AI-Doula (pregnancy Coach, parenthood educator etc) for pregnancy, birth and postpartum with:
1. Personalized AI-based (chatGPT) chatbot available 24/7, expertly crafted with the combined Doulas/ penatal psyhologists experience
2. Large evidence-based content library with educational and mental health content from professionals
3. Pregnancy planner & tracker that provides weekly updates and insights into the user’s physical and emotional wellness.

**Where we are today:
**1 . Cyprus-based IT company with 10 team members (full time) located in Cyprus, Poland, Lithuania and Belarus.

2. MVP with hand-crafted chat-bot dialog flows(Doulas+ prenatal psychologists) and content program released to App Store in November.
First hypotheses tested.
First traction received :
– 1302 MAU (November)
– More than 100 installs per day
– 32% install rate
– CVR (from install to registered user) 79.45%
– 27% users tried chat
– 63% users use educational content inside the Chat
– 3 min average time spent in the Chat
– CAC 2.73$

Working on customization of the AI-based chat (chatGPT), released it TestFlight mode.
Expected to go-to-market in a test-mode on December 24

3. Content production organized in partnership with US-based Doulas (trained certified birth professionals)

4. Community
- Working on establishing collaboration with major doula organizations (DONA.ORG and US Doulas Associations).
- Working on establishing collaboration with the WHO.
- 2 maternity mental health programs supported by USAID and World Trade Center (Philadelphia)
- more then 50 custdev interviews were held with moms and doulas.
