Vacancy: Personal Assistant for an Interior Designer
📍 Larnaca, Cyprus | Part-time
We are looking for a person who will become a reliable support in daily work — assisting with projects and client communication.
What you will get:
• flexible schedule with the ability to choose your working hours
(2–4 hours per day, 5 days a week)
• hourly rate: €4–6/hour (depending on the interview)
• hands-on experience in the interior design field
Main responsibilities:
• project coordination support
(managing project data, coordinating tasks at all stages — from order intake to project completion, tracking payments and purchases)
• client communication
(replying to inquiries, scheduling meetings, clarifying details)
• participation in meetings, site visits, and handling small on-site tasks when needed
• occasional creation of photo and video content on-site
Requirements:
• based in Larnaca / Limassol or nearby
• English and Russian — required
(Greek is a plus)
• own car — required
