Приходило такое же письмо - GHS eligibility document/s due to expire у меня был был только receipt что подал на продление - спросил через - Queries & Complaints - что делать, прицепив в аттач, картинку ресиепта? Мне пришел такой вот ответ - "We would like to inform you that since you have already proceeded with the renewal of your permit, the system will be informed automatically and no further actions will be requested from your part.. Up to the document's expired day the system will continue to inform you with messages as the relevant. Kindly note that you are still able to receive healthcare services as a beneficiary through GHS and the HIO will not proceed with your deletion without any notice."
