VACANCY: Technical Manager / Site Supervisor /civil engineer/ architector

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Our company is seeking a qualified professional to take on the role of Technical Manager / Site Supervisor

This role requires a reliable and experienced person capable of supervising construction works and ensuring compliance with technical, legal and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site

Supervise subcontractors and ensure correct execution of works

Monitor progress, quality and timelines for small-to-medium scale projects

Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation

Report site progress and challenges to management

Ensure compliance with Cyprus construction regulations

Liaise with suppliers, authorities and project stakeholders

Required Qualifications (one of the following)


Applicant must have proven experience in completed building or civil engineering projects through employer reference letters, certificates or project records.

Additional Requirements

Strong practical knowledge of construction methods

Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site decisions

Good communication skills in Greek and English

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage on-site challenges

Valid driver’s licence
