Solutions Integration Engineer
Location: Remote (not based in RU/BR)
Languages: English (B2+), Russian (B2) - both
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 20:00 PM UTC

Brief:
This role combines technical solution engineering, integration development,
project management, and strict delivery ownership.

We need someone proactive, persistent, and resourceful with the “get
things done” approach, not a passive executor.

What you will do:
- design and implement robust and scalable integration solutions
- sustain high-quality code base
- conduct code reviews
- prioritize tasks within the teams
- gather requirements from the internal stakeholders

Requirements
Professional experience:
3+ years of backend development
2+ years of project management/account management

Technical Background
Hard skills:
Python, REST, gRPC, UML, Postman, SQL, Apache Kafka, Redis

Would be an advantage:
PMI, PMP, PSM, PSPO certifications
Experience with Agile/Scrum, YouTrack, GrafanaSoft Skills
Ability to independently gather and define requirements
Ability to keep cold head and focus under the deadline pressure
Strong stakeholder management and scope control
Clear communication, prioritization, and daily execution control
“Get things done” mindset — full responsibility for timely delivery
