🌐 Carrier Relations & Account Manager – Limassol

We’re looking for a skilled Carrier Relations & Account Manager to join our team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with global voice & SMS carriers
Negotiate rates, agreements, and SLAs
Monitor traffic quality (ASR, ACD, PDD) and optimise routing
Handle onboarding, billing checks, and rate sheet updates
Resolve routing issues with the technical team
Analyse performance and identify new partnership opportunities

Requirements:
Experience in carrier relations, VoIP, or telecom
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Analytical mindset and Excel proficiency
Knowledge of routing platforms (e.g., PortaOne) is a plus
