It is submitted at the district of the applicant’s residence in Cyprus, without the need of scheduling an appointment in advance. The applicant should be present on the appointment date and no application fees are payable.
 
The documents required are the following:
·         Passport of the applicant (original & copy).
·         Marriage and birth certificates (where applicable).
·         Documentation proving the applicant’s legal residence in Ukraine before 24/02/2022.
·         Rental agreement, hosting confirmation, or any other document for proof of address of the applicant in Cyprus.
·         Executed application forms.
 
On the day of the visit the first step is to register the applicant with the authorities and receive the registration letter, the second step is to get the residence permit. For Nicosia’s applications the process is done in 2 separate steps - at 2 separate places; for the rest districts the 2 procedures are done at the same place.
