Dear sir,

Unfortunately it is prohibited to conduct flights in the EU if you are a Russian UAS operator registered in in the EU. This is according to Regulation (EU) 2022/334 (Article 3d) which is an amendment to Regulation (EU) 833/2014.

Вопрос про derogation они проигнорировали, переформулировал и задал повторно, жду ответа

Я: Thank you for the reply, yet the paragraph 3 of the abovementioned article contains a possibility for the EU Member States to authorize any flight which purpose does not contradict with the objectives of the sanctions. I mean is there a way to receive this permission?

По ходу остается либо смириться либо летать на свой страх и риск, желательно не в SBA
