Ответила болгария. НОТАМ по российским паспортам я у них не нашел, говорят достаточно разрешения a1 a3 выданного на кипре и летай вне запретных зон себе спокойно

Hi! I am going to take my DJI Mini 3 pro (less then 250 grams) to my trip to Bulgaria. I have Cyprus residence. I am going to make here A1/A3 licence. But I read that I need to receive special permission to use drone in Bulgaria. But I cant find how to make this permission. I found some links on www.caa.bg for downloading declaration form but they don’t work. Could you please explain me what should I do not to brake the law.

There are no additional national rules for UAS operations. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 of 24 May 2019 on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft is applicable in Bulgaria as well.
