Получал письмо от таможни, там было написано что за свои бу вещи можно не платить ваты и пошлину только первые шесть месяцев

Год с момента приезда, а в употреблении 6 месяцев

Relieffrom import duty and VAT on 'Transfer of Normal Residence' scheme
Relief from import duty and VAT under the transfer of normal residence scheme is granted provided that the necessary prerequisites and conditions are fulfilled. According to the provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No.1186/2009, P.I. 377/2004 and P.I. 315/2001, persons who transfer their normal place ofresidence from a non EU country to the EU, are allowed to import without payment of import duty and VAT, their personal property, provided that these goods:
• have been in the possession of and used by the persons concerned at their former normal place of residence for a minimum of six (6) months before the date on which they cease to have their normal place ofresidence in the third country of departure,
• are intended to be used for the same purpose at the new normal place of residence,
• are brought intothe Republic within 12 months from the date of transfer of residence.
