Подскажите, а как на Кипре или в ЕС в целом tax офисом мониторятся такие вещи как Revolut, Wise, Payoneer и подобное. ? Кто- нибудь сталкивался? Насколько понимаю сам не расскажешь - проверять не будут

Согласно законодательству. Revolut уже банк, стучит как и любой другой. Платёжки пока +/- не стучат...
Ну то есть получается Wise и Payoneer спокойней:) По опыту с Payoneer - лет 10 проблем не было. Но за пределами ЕС.
А Банки получается автоматом в рамках Beps инфу сливают в tax офис по местонахождению клиента?

Банки по ИНН|TaxID инфу могут/должны передавать.
Ну да , исходя из позиции Revolut, Wise, Payoneer ниже на их офиц.сайтах - старый добрый Payoneer наиболее безопасная вещь

Revolut does not share your information on an automated basis or directly with tax authorities of other countries, it is the Lithuanian tax authority that’s responsible for collecting and sending this to other local authorities under the Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information, developed by the OECD, which represents the international consensus on automatic exchange of financial account information for tax purposes, on a reciprocal basis.

We’ll only share your tax information with relevant government tax authorities if we need to. This is so Wise complies with international tax standards like the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) or the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).
Does Payoneer report my earnings to tax authorities? No. You are responsible for reporting the earnings received and funded to your Payoneer account to all the relevant government tax authorities.
