Вопрос по поводу Nomads визы, есть такой пункт
If they reside in the Republic for one of more periods that in total exceed 183 days within the same tax year, then they are considered tax residents of Cyprus, provided they are not tax residents in any other country.
Я Сейчас являюсь налоговым резидентом Украины. Нужно ли мне будет платить налоги на Кипре по истечение 183 дней или нет ?

а как же эта фраза "provided they are not tax residents in any other country"
