Привет! Вопрос по пмж 6(2).

Один из пунктов при подаче: Tax return declaration of the parent from the country he/she declares tax resident for the proof of the annual income (original documents and affidavit or declaration).

Что такое affidavit в этом случае. Делал ли кто-то? Подавались ли без него и было ли все ок?
