Кто-нибудь знает (может сталкивались) при такой формулировке в договоре, будет ли возвращен депозит, если я уведомлю лендлорда за 60 дней?
In case the tenant is willing to cancel and/or terminate the present tenancy agreement before the elapse of the rental period then he must give 60 days notice then the Tenant will not be responsible for lost profit or similar sustained by the Tenant and will not be fined for the early termination of the tenancy agreement.
In case the tenant cancels and/or terminates the present tenancy agreement before the elapse of the rental period with respect to Premises or if any of the payments to be made by the tenant are not paid in due time, then the Tenant will not be entitled to the refund of the deposit guarantee paid upon signing of the present tenancy agreement and shall pay out all fines, lost profit or
similar sustained by the Tenant.
