Потому что на ворос “могу ли инвестировать” у меня есть письменный ответ от Министерства экономики “There is nothing wrong with investing in an entity; nothing prohibits that. However, the BCS visa regulations stipulate that the person who holds the temporary residence and employment permit (MBCS3) is not allowed to be employed by another company at the same time.
Therefore, the fellow Ukrainian is welcome to invest in any local company, but not work for another employer (e.g. his/her other company) than the one that hired him/her in the first place; at least as long as he/she doesn’t change his/her mind and look for work elsewhere, with the administrative migration procedure to follow suit. “
