Добрый день! Подскажите пожалуйста, как стоит интерпретировать данный пункт в договоре об аренде?

__Towards the expiry of the term of the Residential Tenancy Agreement, 1 (one) month written notice is required by both Parties prior to any intention to vacate. Upon vacating the property an inspection will be undertaken by the Landlord and all keys pertaining to the property are to be handed to the Landlord on the day of departure.

Можем ли мы съехать в любое время до окончания договора (предупредив за месяц лендлорда) или же тут говорится, что за месяц до окончания договора можем сказать, что продлевать не будем?
