Привет! Подскажите пожалуйста, в контракте на аренду квартиры есть пункт
Rental termination by the tenant prior to the Agreement termination date: If
the tenant terminates this agreement before the termination date, the owner has
the right to retain the deposit paid, and take all other measures as stipulated in the
relevant legislation.
Что может подразумеваться под "other measures"? В предыдущих контрактах всегда писали про то за сколько предупредить о съезде и про потерю депозита, а тут как-то не понятно.
