Добрый день) могли бы вы мне помочь в вопросе termination letter. Я сейчас увольняюсь с компании по собственному желанию и новый работодатель просит termination letter. Мой нынешний работодатель написал мне:

Just to clarify: this is not a termination initiated by the company — you have resigned voluntarily.
Therefore, we cannot issue a termination letter, but we can accept your Resignation Letter, which confirms resignation and your last day of employment.

И это подошло и работодателю и в мигрейшн?

То есть главная суть иметь печать и подпись?
