А можно уточнить, 5 лет спустя деятельности самой компании, проверяют? Или 5 лет спустя как закон вы...
либо через 5 лет с момента получения BSC, либо c 2.1.2027, смотря что позже

А это требование к BCS компаниям, или затрагивает тоже high-tech/innovation?
если они имеют статус BCS - обязаны соотв. требованиям
