Добрый день! Скинули договор аренды для согласования, смущает этот пункт:

3.⁠ ⁠In the event that the Landlord for any other reasons than the fulfilment of the obligations of the Tenant initiates to terminate the Tenancy Agreement before its expiration the Landlord is entitled to:

Inform the Tenant in writing 60 (Sixty) calendar days prior the actual termination date of the Tenancy Agreement.

Return to the Tenant the Security Deposit in full amount unless any damages and/or breakages of the household equipment or furniture of the Property are discovered. In case of damages and/or breakages the Security Deposit return will be a matter to of discussion and calculation.


Это нормальный пункт для договора аренды на Кипре?

Смущает что могут попросить съехать в любой момент)

Я просто думал, что меня не могут попросить съехать до окончания аренды (даже с предупреждением за 2 месяца), просто по желанию Лендлорда

С моей стороны, если уведомлю за 2 месяца, то с меня штраф 1 месяц аренды (что лучше чем 2 месяца)
