если у него нет доходов - значит там 0

Добрый, подскажите если недвижимость переводится с физлица на свое же юрлицо то необходимо оплачиват...
а как определяется "своё же"?

100% владелец акций то же физлицо что и текущий владелец недвижимости
а если завтра - новый владелец у юрлица - то будет новый transfer fee?

Нет конечно, но вдруг земельный комитет не берет трансфер фи в некоторых случаях, я не знаю
