Нет, если вы подались вовремя на следующий и получили ресипт то ей можно в октябре (до окончания) подаваться на новый.

Тогда все норм должно быть.

Можете конечно, но формально надо менять карточку - по факту не надо. Она привязана к вашей, на ней нет работодателя старого...

BCS обходится от 15к в год, для гражданства надо считай 3 года минимум. 45к готовы отдать?

2 визитер + 2 bcs = подача с B1, + bcs пока ждёшь решения

Податься может и без проблем, но без "связей с Кипром" просто 5к за подачу потеряешь.

Ключевое что речь про право на ПОДАЧУ, паспорт 100% никто не обещает...

Для натурализации считали с даты ресипта, как с BCS - не знаю.
Хотя и туристические раньше тоже считали.
