Мне написали, что можно не брать, но нужна доверенность 🤷‍♂️To submit/receive the documents on behalf of another applicant, the applicant (above the age of 6) needs to fill-out an original authorization letter (see attachment) as follows: The document should include:
• date of the appointment     
• applicant’s and proxy’s personal details
• applicant’s and proxy’s original signatures
• Additionally, the person submitting/receiving on behalf of the applicant (proxy) should bring his/her passport or ID card on the day of the scheduled appointment.
