3 Individuals residing in the Republic for the purpose of being employed as highly skilled employees
in companies determined by the Decision of the Council of Ministers,92.018 should provide a
certificate, either from the Company Facilitation Unit or from the Department of Population and
Immigration, confirming that the company meets the criteria of Decision.
Please note that applicants under this category should be employed in a company determined by
the Decision of the Council of Ministers with no. 92.018 and date 15/10/2021, for a period of at
least two years prior to the submission of the application.
