Автор ответит за себя. Добавлю от себя, что TLS закрывается и все оформляли визу там до прошлой недели. Сегодня получил сообщение:

The TLScontact visa application centre in Cyprus has now closed and all visa application processing for the UK is transferred to VFS Global.

If a decision has been made on your UK visa application, but you haven’t yet collected your travel document, you will need to collect it from the new VFS Global visa application centre.

If you are still waiting for your visa decision, please note that your file and associated documents have been securely transferred to VFS Global. They will contact you once your travel document is ready for collection or dispatch.

If you selected our Keep My Passport service and have received a notification asking you to submit your passport, you will need to do this at the new VFS Global visa application centre. If you haven’t yet received a notification, you will be informed by VFS Global directly when you should submit your passport.
