Здравствуйте. По подаче на йеллоу слип (MEU1) в отношении супруги, на сайте Eures, указано следующее - http://www.eures.gov.cy/mlsi/dl/eures/eures.nsf/page14_en/page14_en?OpenDocument

3. For the issue of a Registration Certificate (MEU1) to family members of a Union citizen who are also citizens of a Member State the following documents must be submitted:

(b) A document attesting to the existence of a family relationship.
(d) In the case of a spouse of a Union citizen….. who are dependants of the citizen ….. proof of existence of a family relation and that said family members are dependants.
(f) Proof of the existence of a consistent relationship with the Union citizen.
(h) A document issued by the relevant authority in the country of origin or country from which they are arriving certifying that they are dependants or members of the household of the Union citizen….

Правильно ли мы понимаем, что для:
(b) достаточно св-ва о браке
(d) разве это не повтор?
(f) будет ли достаточно подтверждение от мухтариса или аффидевит из суда? Или это нужно из страны происхождения (старна ЕС) подтверждать?
(h) что это за документ?

В мигрейшн ходили - ничего не могут подсказать...телефоны не работают.
Самое интересное, что на сайте мигрейшн вообще нет отдельного списка по документам на супругу..

А из своей страны ничего не запрашивать, по поводу свидетельствования о предыдущем сожительстве в браке итд?
