Hello. I would like to ask about the law in cyprus when someone dies in a hospital. The husband of my sister (both foreigners and separated) died in a governmental hospital in cyprus. However when his family came to check on him and later take the body, apparently the hospital gave them the body and sent the invoice to the post of the house of my sister. What does the law says about such issue in this case when someone dies and relatives takes the body without paying? Does my sister need to pay anything? Will it affect her residence permit?
