Я сейчас пытаюсь заполнить заявление о возврате банковской гарантии.
"Please refund to me the sum of €550 which is deposited with you under Receipt ___ or return to me the Bank Guarantee No. _ covering the possible repatriation expenses of the alien: ___"

Откуда брать и что вписывать в
1. Receipt
2. Guarantee No
3. и "f the alien:_"?

Еще есть вот такая строка
"The above alien was repatriated on ............................................................."
Туда что вписывать?

У кого был опыт возврата? С кем можно проконсультироваться?
