В поддержке спрашивал этот момент. Ответили так:

You can exempt the Russian Tax residency by following these steps:

1- Click on This Link to access the tax certification issues section in the app.
2- Add/Edit the TAX Residencies by tapping on the pen button corresponding to the country you want to edit.
3- Press the button "I can’t provide it now”
4- Then, select the option "I pay taxes in another country."

This should help you update your tax residency information accordingly.

По итогу сделал так и отстали от меня. Месяц или два вопросов точно нет. Не могу утверждать, что это лучшая затея, просто делюсь ответом поддержки
