6) In the event that a decision has not been taken within the above-defined deadline and its extension, for reasons for which the applicant is not responsible, the temporary residence permit of the third-country national is extended, on which it is noted that the holder has submitted an application for the status of the long-term resident and that he has all his rights provided for in article 18IZ.

выделил черным, это не совсем то. При подаче на лтрп говорили, что по чеку жить нельзя. Получается что тот пермит, который был на руках в момент подачи, продлевается
