я так понимаю у вас F 6.2. думаю стоит подать на visitor. даже если не успеют сделать пластик, можно пробовать с reciept и старым пермитом прийти в посольство за долгосрочной визой на учебу и объяснить ситуацию. после того как поступит в универ и получит бумаги о том что учится, можно будет опять сделать ПМЖ.
