Я посмотрел и там вот так написано "The Council of Ministers may by order deprive any citizen of the Republic, who is a naturalized person, of his status as a citizen if he is satisfied that that person usually lived in foreign countries for a continuous period of seven years ". Полагаю, что под "lived" понимается, что большую часть времени проводишь не на Кипре и центра жизненных интересов на Кипре нет.
