Подскажите, пожалуйста, для продления контракта на аренду квартиры нужно ли заключать новый контракт?
Лендлорд устно подтвердил продление.
Контракт был на год, в тексте указано следующее:
The Property is let for a period of 12 months for €__ per month, a total of € yearly, with thetenancy starting on _._. and expiring on _._.__. The tenancy period can automatically be renewed, incase the Tenant requests in writing within at least 60 days prior to the expiry ofthis contract and upon acceptance of the Landlord. In case such a renewal is agreed any price increase on the rent will be negotiated by the two parties and added as an addendum to this agreement.
