Вводные. был счет в револют открывал по пермиту год назад, 28 числа заканчивается пластик. Сегодня получил новый ресипт, отправил его в саппорт, спросили через сколько появится карта, сказал примерно 5 мясецев.

Then i don't believe it would be a huge issue as you have enough time. The following protocols will apply.

You will be sent a communication with a deadline to upload your new document. After this deadline the top-ups on your account will be restricted, but you should still be able to receive funds from bank transfers and will still be able to use the funds on your account normally. After 6 months from the initial restriction date all inbound transfers will be restricted - so you will not be able to add any more funds. You will always be able to transfer out any funds already on the account. If at any point you can provide a new valid document the restrictions will be automatically lifted.

Update
Yes, your account top-ups via Apple Pay or Google Pay will be restricted, but transfers will not be an issue and you can withdraw anytime. But I would suggest you not to wait until the 6 months end and update your new card as soon as you get it.

I understand, and I apologise for the inconvenience caused but the document that you have provided cannot be processed on my end. I can either provide you an extension by default to 04/03/2024, or you can update your new document in the next 6 months.

While the top-ups will be restricted, you can still receive funds by fund transfers. If you don't know how to do that, we have a team that can help you with such queries.
