Temporary Residence Permit for Partner of Employee of International Company

1 Copy of valid passport or other travel document with validity of at least three (3) months over the requested duration of stay.
2 Title deed or Rental Agreement of the sponsor, with description of the house/flat and proof of rent payments (where applicable).
3 Sponsor’s certificate of contributions to the Social Insurance Fund, for the last year.
4 A copy of the first page and pages related to the calculable tax (GHS, income tax and special contribution for the defense) of the tax return of the sponsor for the previous year.
5 Proof of stable or adequate income of the applicant or the sponsor, accordingly (i.e. salary, pension, bank account's statement, interest from deposits, dividends etc).
Note: Sufficient annual income is set at a minimum of €24000, which is increased by 20% for the spouse or partner
6 Valid Certificate of Health Insurance for medical care that covers inpatient and outpatient care as well as transportation of corpse (Plan A), automatically renewable.
7 Original letter of guarantee issued by a bank or cooperative institution in Cyprus with validity of 10 years covering possible repatriation expenses. The amount depends on the country of origin.

As well present documents evidencing the relationship from abroad and from Cyprus , such as rental agreement on both names, utility bills on same address, old motor insurance on both names etc.
