В документах для детей визитера теперь есть:
Original medical examination certificate of blood tests from the country of origin/residence, showing that the sponsor's family members do not bear/suffer from HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B and C and Tuberculosis (x-ray). For children under 15 years old no x-ray is required and a Mantoux Skin Test is required instead.
При этом не указано что только для первой подачи. Каждый год надо делать? Но самому визитеру не надо. Только на первую подачу.
И второе:
Copy of a court decision (duly certified and translated into Greek or English) for sole parental care/guardianship or sworn consent of the other parent for the residence of the minor children in the Republic for the proposed duration of stay, if the other parent was in the Republic and left, or a certification from the Embassy/Consulate of the Republic abroad, if the other parent is abroad (where applicable).
Судя по этому пункту нотариальное согласие второго родителя на проживание на Кипре и получение ВНЖ сделанное в России теперь не подходит? И нужно получать справку в Консульстве Кипра в РФ.

Спасибо! Те получается надо оформить в консульстве Кипра в РФ и сюда передать оригинал?
