У меня и семьи вид на жительство( MEU1). Живём здесь 13 лет. Разве тоже считаемся визетерами?

Beneficiaries are obliged, provided they have an income, to pay contributions as these are set in the relevant legislation.

Вы находитесь нелегально, так как срок внж истек, ваши дни по паспорту не начинают действовать автоматом - для этого нужно вылететь и влететь назад, тогда в системе вы будете находиться как турист по паспорту
