The requirement of ordinary residence as per Article 16 of the GHS Law and Reg. 241/19 is not met, as after examining all available data and documents submitted (passports, etc), the permanency, duration and continuity of their presence in the Republic of Cyprus could not be confirmed. You are informed that you may file a written objection to the HIO Board of Directors against the decision of rejection within 30 days of the rejection, specifying the grounds for the objection. In addition, please be informed that this may constitute an enforceable administrative act which, if you wish, you may infringe on the Administrative Court within 75 days of the rejection.
