«Kindly note that although we are not the administrators of your company, we would like to inform you about the below matter as it is really important.

Please note that according to the Directive of the Registrar of Companies (K.Δ.Π 112/2021), every legal entity, like your company, has the obligation to submit the details of its beneficial owners to the register. According to Article 2 of the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering Law of 2007 to 2021, the "beneficial owner" of a legal person is the natural person who has the ultimate ownership or control of the legal person.»

И хотят за услугу несколько сотен евро. Это каждый год нужно делать? Когда компанию регистрировали, UBO же указали - shareholders отмечены в Memorandum and Articles of Association. Я к тому, не пытаются ли меня развести?)
