Родственнику меньше документов и сбор не надо платить. Год назад было так, вряд ли что-то изменилось:
«Since you are married to an EU citizen and you are going to travel together, you have to submit the application form for schengen visa, your valid passport (issued during the last 10 years and valid at least 3 months before the expiration of the requested visa), one coloured photo (ICAO standards),  residence permit, marriage certificate (legally certified and officially translated if it is not in english), your spouse’s passport or id,  and tickets reservations for both of you.
Don’ t forget to submit, also, copies of all the above mentioned documents.
The visa process time is 2 weeks.”

Давно? У них там одно время сидел за компом кто-то отжигал с ответами, мне потом параллельно с другой почты, которая была в копии, ответили другую инфу, и мне пришлось им сказать, чтоб разобрались между собой в итоге, потому что нунификанепонятно. Это было эммм весной 2022. Потом все стало прозрачнее.
