Привет. Вот что в апреле писали из Limassol Tax Department с формой для выдачи сертификата, если поможет:

"Regard your question according the tax residence certificate, you have to come here, to submit the application form for the purpose of issuance of tax residence certificate and submit all the extra documents that we need for example your yellow slip, salary certificate for 2022, the rental agreement , employment agreement , utility bill, bank statement showing your transactions through the year. Also we need a responsible statement that you will submit your tax return for 2022 when the taxisnet will open. if all its ok, within 2 days from the date I will receive the documents the certificate will be ready."
