Юрист настаивает: «The entry permit can only be issued while you are abroad. We used to issue the entry permit within a day, but the regulations have been changed and now is being issued within 7 working days.», может есть какой-то кейс или ссылка на документ, который говорит о том, что выпуск entry permit и одновременное нахождение на Кипре того для кого этот пермит выпускается это разные вещи?

Нашел документ от местного университета, там сказано, правда относится к entry permit для студентов:
«International Students cannot be in Cyprus while the Civil Registry and Migration Department are processing their Entry permit Applications. According to the Migration's regulation, "students must remain in their country of residence until their applications are checked and an Entry permit is published"»

Да, я к тому, что может подробная регуляция для сотрудников тоже где-то обозначена, поэтому и спросил в этом чате.
